as far as my knowledge goes, pretty much the only drugs that can be passed from person to person is xtc and shrooms (though shrooms i've only read being passed through the urine so idk) hope that helps!

A lot of drugs can be passed through urine but it's highly diluted. I've seen mdma transfer first hand so... Ill use that :p
