see, i was worried about the characters coming through more than the realism of the d/s (i've lived it, too). travis and gabe both have such full, rich, distinctive ways of speaking that i was really concerned with getting them across within the framework without dialogue, because honestly- this intense dynamic of hurt/comfort and sadism/aftercare could be a lot of people. the part of your compliment that means the most is that travie and gabe still came through and it wasn't just anybody's kinky sex. it was their kinky sex.
